Manufacturing procedure
1. Weigh the Phase A ingredients and place it in water bath at 80°C for 1 hour. Once melted bring down to 60-70ºC.
2. Another two separate beakers, weigh the Phase B and put into water bath to 60-70ºC.
3. Mix the combinations, homogenously with propeller stirrer at 500rpm keeping the temperature to 60-70ºC. Once mixture is homogenous, add ingredients of Phase C and mix homogenously.

Jolee 7750 is a light silicone-like emollient that gives a silky effect to the skin.
Radia 7245 is a Water-in-Oil emulsifier with high compatibility with pigments, oils and waxes.
