Pomelo Eyeshadow Stick

Manufacturing procedure

1. Weigh the Phase A ingredients and place it in water bath at 90°C for 1 hour. Once melted bring down to 80ºC. 
2. Mix the ingredients in Phase B in another beaker and add to A at 80ºC. Stir with propeller mixer keeping the temperature to 80ºC. Stir and bring down to 60ºC. 
3. Premix the ingredients in Phase C in another beaker and add to A + B mixture at 60ºC. Stir with propeller mixer keeping the temperature at 60ºC. Slowly add in ingredients in Phase D. 
4. At 45–50 °C, pour into the desired container. Allow to cool and check that the consistency forms a hard stick.

Radia 7799 is an excellent oil thickener with high natural origin index.
Radia 7104 is a non-occlusive emollient and compatible with a wide range of cosmetic ingredients.
Radia 7245 is a Water-in-Oil emulsifier with high compatibility with pigments, oils and waxes.
Jolee 7202 is a silicone-like emollient and gives a powdery afterfeel to the skin.
Radia 7373 is a protective emollient with film forming properties.
Radia 7710 non-oily but shiny emollient with excellent spread and lightness
