Manufacturing procedure
1. Blend phase A ingredients, and heat to 75°C.
2. Once the mixture is at the temperature, add phase B and mix with Ultra-Turrax at 8000 RPM during 3 minutes.
3. Let cool down by mixing with overhead stirrer.
4. Add phase C ingredients when the mixture is at 40°C and mix slowly to avoid foaming

Assessment
Lips are glossy with a nice homogeneous and long-lasting pigmentation.
Ingredients
Radiastar 1436 improves pigment dispersion, forms film on the lips with good water resistance, enhances the glossy effect,and gives an excellent long-lasting pay-off.
Radia 7798 is an excellent oil thickener with a high natural origin index.
Jolee 7750 is a silicone-like emollient and gives a silky effect to the skin.
Radia 7747 is an emollient that gives consistency to the formulation.
Jolee 7181 is a protective emollient with film-forming.
