Manufacturing procedure

1. Weigh the water Phase A and place heat to 70°C and mix it with the IKA Eurostar 20 (300 to 400 rpm).
2. In a separate beaker, weight the Phase B, and melt to 80°C. 
3. Mix both the phase A into B and homogenize at 80°C. Once homogenous, bring down to 60-70ºC.
4. Weigh the ingredients in Phase C in separate beaker and mix with propeller stirrer at 300rpm, and then put into water bath to 60-70ºC.
5. At 60-70ºC, add ingredients in Phase C in the mixtures of A+B and mix homogenously with propeller stirrer at 500rpm keeping the temperature to 60-70ºC.
6. Once mixture is homogenous, bring down the temperature to 50ºC and pour it into desired container.

Jolee 7181 is a protective emollient with film forming properties.
Jolee 7750 is a light silicone-like emollient that gives a silky effect to the skin.
Radia 7245 is a Water-in-Oil emulsifier with high compatibility with pigments, oils and waxes.
