Cupid's Marbleous Kisses Lipstick

Manufacturing procedure

1. Weigh the Phase A ingredients and place it in water bath at 90°C until melted. Once melted 
bring temperature down to 60-70ºC.
2. In two separate beakers, weigh the Phase B (Color 1) except SunSHINE (Super White) C80-3201 and C (Color 2). Then mill the color mixtures separately about 3-5 cycle with Three Roll Mill. After milling, add to Phase B (Color 1), the SunSHINE (Super White) C80-3201and mix homogenously. Keep both the color mixtures (Phase B and C) in water bath at 60-70ºC. 
3. At 60-70ºC, split phase A into two parts equally. Add Color 1 to a part and Color 2 to the other.
4. Mix the combinations, homogenously with propeller stirrer at 500rpm keeping the temperature to 60-70ºC. Once mixture is homogenous, add ingredients of Phase D, into both parts. 
5. Once homogenous, pour both the mixtures simultaneously into lipstick mold creating a marble like appearance. Place it for 15 minutes at 4°C and then wait for 10 minutes at room temperature before unmolding the lipstick

Jolee 7202 is a silicone-like emollient and gives a powdery afterfeel to the skin.
Jolee 7181 is a protective emollient with film forming properties.
Radia 7732 is a dry emollient, produced by enzymatic esterification.
Radia 7798 is a patented blend viscous (3000 cSt) emollient with an easy spread and soft after feel comparable with dimethicones.
