Manufacturing procedure
1. Weight all the ingredients in except for Mica, Pigments and liquids. Grind all the ingredients to mix homogenously.
2. Add Mica and Pigments. Disperse binder (e.g., Radiastar 1436 + caprylic triglyceride) in IPA or ethanol (5–10% solution) and lightly spray onto pigment blend while tumble mixing.
3. Fill in the godets and press the powders with Powder pressing machine.

Radiastar 1436 is an excellent nourishing emollient.
Radia 7500 gives consistency to the formulation and brings a pearlescent effect.
Radia 7104 is a non-occlusive emollient and compatible with a wide range of cosmetic ingredients.
