Manufacturing procedure
1. Melt ingredients in Phase A in a separate beaker at 90ºC. Premix the pigments into solubilizer as in Phase B. Keep at a temperature of 60ºC.
2. Bring down the phase A to 60ºC, by continous stirring at 850rpm and lowering the heat.
3. Add Phase B into A and stir at 850rpm until homogenous. Keep stir until the temperature lowers to 50ºC.
4. Add Ingredients in phase C and stir at 850rpm until homogenous.
5. Once homogenous, pour into lipstick mold. Place it for 15 minutes at 4°C and then wait for 10 minutes at room temperature before unmolding the lip glow balm stick.

Ingredients
Jolee 7202 is a silicone-like emollient and gives a powdery afterfeel to the skin.
Radia 7214 is an excellent pigment dispsering agent. Radia 7245 is a Water-in-Oil emulsifier with high compatibility with pigments, oils and waxes.
Radia 7799 functions as oil thickening and rheological modifier.
Radia 7710 is a non-oily light emollient.
