Manufacturing procedure
1. Add in all the ingredients in A one by one and heat to 80°C.
2. Once the ingredients are melted keep stirring at 500rpm until it reaches about 50°C.
3. Pour the blend into the desired container.

Properties
Viscosity (s05, 10 rpm, 1 min): 27680 cPs
Assessment
Jelly like but flows upon touch and nice stay on lip.
Reduced heavy feel.
Good pigment suspension.
Ingredients
Jolee 7750 gives a light afterfeel, an easy spread and it is a natural alternative to light silicones.
Radia 7799 is a good texture modifier.
