Manufacturing procedure
1. Blend ingredients in A and B in a separate beakers. adjust pH of Phase A to 5 if necessary. Heat both Phase to 75ºC.
2. At 75ºC, mix the ingredients of Phase A slowly into beaker of ingredients in Phase B with spindle stirrer at 1200rpm. Once completely mixed, homogenize with Ultra turrax at 2500rpm for 5 minutes.
3. When temperature is reached to 40ºC, add ingredients in Phase C folowed by Phase D, homogenize with Ultra turrax at 2500rpm for another 5-10 minutes.

Radia 7104 is a non-occlusive emollient and compatible with a wide range of cosmetic ingredients.
Radia 7336 gives the skin a soft and smooth appearance.
Radia 7739 is a light emollient.
Radiastar 1420 gives skin a soft and smooth feel.
