Manufacturing procedure
1. Prepare Phase A and heat to 80°C.
2. Add premixed Phase B to Phase A and mix until uniform.
3. Add preservative during the cool down process at 40°C.
4. Pour the product into the container

Properties
Cream pigmented eyeshadow
Ingredients
Radia 7799: Functions as oil thickener and rheological modifier.
Radia 7245: Water-in-Oil emulsifier with high compatibility with pigments, oils and waxes.
Jolee 7202: Silicone-like emollient and gives a powdery after feel to the skin.
Radia 7373: Very effective in conditioning the skin as well as providing a smooth and lubricating texture to the formulations.
