Manufacturing procedure
1.Weigh all the ingredients one by one and heat this mix at 80°C under medium stirring with stirring plate until a complete homogenization.
2. Premix the pigments and oils together until complete homogenisation. Pass the mixture through
the trycilinder (3 times).
3. Add the premix in the main beaker under high stirring with Turrax (10000rpm), let’s homogenize under medium strirring with turrax.
4. Add phase C.

Properties
Stable gel, nice spreading, not sticky & very glossy.
Assessment
Color is maintained in the mix.
Ingredients
Radia 7799 functions as oil thickening and rheological modifier.
Radia 7732 gives excellent spreading.
Jolee 7181 gives a non-greasy after feel, soft skin feel and a glossy appearance on the skin.
Jolee 7202 is a low viscous emollient with silicone-like skin feeling.
