Manufacturing procedure
1. Phase A: Heat to 80°C and blend. Phase B: Combine, blend well using a propeller mixer 500rpm. Heat to 80°C.
2. Add phase B to A under homegenizer Ultra Thurrax 2000rpm for 10 minutes.
3. Add mixture of Phase C when the emulsion cools down to 50°C.
4. Stir the misture at 800rpm for 10 minutes with propeller mixer. Pour into desired container.

Radia 7245 is a W/O emulsifier with high compatibility with pigments, oils and waxes.
Radia 7799 is an excellent oil thickener with high natural origin index.
Jolee 7181 is a protective emollient with film forming properties.
Radia 7744 an emollient that gives consistency to the formulation.
