Manufacturing procedure
1. Weigh the water Phase A and place heat to 70°C and mix it with the IKA Eurostar 20 (300 to 400 rpm)
2. In a separate beaker, weight the Phase B, and melt to 80°C. Mix both the phase A into B and homegoneize at 80°C. Once homogenous, bring down to 60-70ºC.
3. Weight the Phase C ingredients in another beaker and mill it 3-5 cycle with Three Roll Mill. Once milled, put into water bath to 60-70ºC.
4. Weight the ingredients in Phase D and mix with propeller stirrer at 300rpm, and then put into water bath to 60-70ºC.
5. At 60-70ºC, add ingredients in Phase C & D into A+B and mix homogenously with propeller stirrer at 500rpm keeping the temperature to 60-70ºC. Once mixture is homogenous, bring down the temperature to 50ºC and pour it into desired container.

Ingredients
Jolee 7750 is a silicone-like emollient and7 gives a silky effect to the skin. This product is produced by a green biotech process (enzymatic esterification).
Radia 7207 is a light emollient with good spreading and soft skin feel.
