Manufacturing procedure
1. Add in all the ingredients in A one by one and heat to 80°C. In a separate beaker, premix the ingredients in Phase B and heat to 50°C.
2. The mixture transparency is to be adjusted by adding citric acid anhydrous.
3. At 50°C mix Phase A and B with a propeller mixer at 500rpm. Once homeogenously mixed, pour into lipstick mold.
4. Keep in freezer -5°C for 10 minutes and then take out to room temperature for another 20 minutes. It can be unmolded once completely hardened

Jolee 7202 is a silicone-like emollient and gives a powdery afterfeel to the skin.
Radia 7799 is an excellent oil thickener with high natural origin index.
Jolee 7181 is a protective emollient with film forming properties.
Jolee 7750 is a light silicone-like emollient that gives a silky effect to the skin
