Basil Fresh Scalp Treatment

Manufacturing procedure

1. Weigh the water Phase A mixing with the IKA Eurostar 20 (300 to 400 rpm). Sprinkle the Sepimax Zen and let mix for at least 5 minutes, until the solution is homogenous and doesn't contain agglomerates.
2. Weigh the Phase B and add the emulsifier. Mix them together. Slowly add the phase C to the water phase (A+B). Let it mix for 5 min at 800 rpm. 
3. Slowly add the phase C to the water phase (A+B). Let it mix for 5 min at 800 rpm. 
4. Homogenize with Ultra Turax for 2 min at 3200 rpm.
5. Add phace C with slow mixing. Adjust pH.

Assessment
Initially watery, turning into a W/O feel.

Ingredients
Jolee 7777 is a liquid PEG-free emulsifier package to formulate multiple emulsions.
Radia 7750 is a silicone-like emollient and gives a light touch to the skin.
Jolee 7202 is a silicone-like emollient and gives a powdery afterfeel to the skin.
