Beard Styling Balm

Manufacturing procedure

1. Mix phase A ingredients on one side and phase B ingredients in another beaker and heat both mixes to 90°C.
2. Pour phase B into phase A by stirring for 5-10 minutes.
3. Let the balm cool to 40°C and add phase C ingredients. Adjust the pH to 4,5-5.
4. Before the balm gets too thick, pour it into the appropriate packaging.

Balm sets beard and hair without weighing them down or making them greasy. Hair and body are disciplined, with a mattifying effect.

Ingredients
Radia 7732 is a dry emollient.
Radia 7220 and Radia 7610 are very light emollients with silicone-like skin feeling.
Radia 7490 gives a stable and elegant emulsion with a great skin feel.
Radiasurf 7908 is a co-emulsifier, emollient, and thickener.
Radiacid 0152 gives consistency and unctuosity.
