Manufacturing procedure

1. Mix phase A ingredients, then heat to 75°C. Slow speed to avoid bubbles.
2. Solubilize Jolee 7749ACT in Jolee 7931 and add to the main mix.
3. Start cooling, and add the Pigment at 50°C. Then add Perfume and Sodium Benzoate at 40°C.
4. Increase viscosity with Sodium Chloride.
5. Adjust pH between 4.5 and 5.

Hair is cleansed, the blond is revived, brightens, and the yellow highlights of the hair are neutralized.

Ingredients
Radia 7268 is an opacifying agent, and a skin-conditioning agent, and has viscosity-increasing properties.
Jolee 7750 is a silicone-like emollient and gives a silky effect to the skin. 
Jolee 7931 is a cold process Oil-in-Water co-emulsifier.
