Manufacturing procedure
1. Weigh phase A and heat it to 90°C.
2. Weigh all the ingredients of phase B one by one, mix and heat until 90°C until homogenization.
3. Mix the A and B phases with overhead stirrer and let it cool down.
4. At 40°C, add one by one ingredients of phase C by kipping stirring until room temperature

Ingredients
Jolee 7750 is a light emollient with very nice hair feeling. It has efficient conditioning properties.
Jolee 7202 is a low viscous emollient with silicone-like skin feeling.
Jolee 7931 is a water-loving emollient and used as co-surfactant for cleansing
