Manufacturing procedure

1. Add ingredients of phase A one by one in a beaker while stirring and heat to 80°C.
2. Add phase B ingredients one by one into another beaker while stirring and heating at 80°C.
3. Add phase B into phase A while stirring (1000 rpm).
4. Add phase C below 50°C. Disperse Gluconate NA in some water.
5. Add phase D to the emulsion. Allow to cool down to room temperature while stirring gently.

Leaves hair soft and hydrated.

Radia 7490 gives a stable and elegant emulsion with great skin feel.
Jolee 7750 has conditioning and detangling properties.
