Manufacturing procedure
1. 1. Weight all the ingredients of phase A in the main beaker. Heat at 80°C and homogenize.
2. Weigh all the ingredients of phase B one by one in another beaker and heat up to 80°C and homogenize.
3. Add phase B to phase A under medium stirring (600 rpm).
4. Add one by one ingredients of phase C while stirring. Let the mixture cool down in the mold.

Radiamuls POLY 2248K is a non-ionic Oil-in-Water emulsifier and ideal for hair care products.
Radia 7744 and Radia 7747 give consistency and bring emolliency to the formulation.
Jolee 7750 is a silicone-like emollient with a soft skin feel.
