Manufacturing procedure
1. Weigh phase A ingredients and heat to 90°C.
2. Mix with overhead stirrer and let it cool down until 60°C.
3. Weigh phase B and add it to phase A at 60°C while mixing slowly to not generate too much foam.
4. At 50°C, add phase C, mix and pour it into the suitable mold before to reach 40°C.

Ingredients
Radia 7799 is an excellent oil thickener with high natural origin index.
Jolee 7750 is a light emollient with very nice hair feeling and conditioning properties. This product is produced via enzymatic esterification (biotech process).
Jolee 7931 is a water-loving emollient and used as co-surfactant for cleansing.
