Manufacturing procedure
1. Weigh all the ingredients of phase A in the main beaker. Heat to 80°C and homogenize.
2. Weigh all the ingredients of phase B in another beaker, heat to 80°C and homogenize.
3. Add phase B to phase A under medium stirring (600 rpm).
4. Let the mixture cool down to around 60°C and add ingredients of phase C while stirring. Nori leaves must be broken into small flakes beforehand.
5. Pour into the mold, let it solidify and cut into several conditioner bars.

Ingredients
Radiamuls POLY 2248K is a non-ionic Oil-in-Water emulsifier and ideal for hair care products.
Radia 7744 and Radia 7747 give consistency and bring emolliency to the formulation.
Jolee 7750 is a silicone-like emollient with a soft skin feel, produced by enzymatic esterification.
