Manufacturing procedure
1. Phase A: Disperse the polyquaternium-10 in the glycerin and disperse it in water
2. Phase A: after, add the other ingredients one by one, starting with the Jolee 7931.
3. Pursue by adding the ingredients of phase B one by one and stir until homogenization.

Ingredients
Jolee 7750 is a light emollient with very nice hair feeling and conditioning properties.
Jolee 7931 is a water-loving emollient and used as co-surfactant for cleansing.
Glycerine 4811 and Radianol 4710 are a good humectants.
