Mix all ingredients until clear solution is obtained.

Slightly yellow oil

Slightly yellow clear oil. Easy spread, soft feeling, leaves a non-greasy film.

Ingredients
Jolee 7750 is a silicone-like emollient with velvet skin feel and has detangling properties.
Jolee 7181 is a protective emollient.
