Manufacturing procedure

1. Weigh water of the phase A in the main beaker. Sprinkle the carbomer under high agitation until dispersion.
2. Weigh phase B and put it under medium agitation until complete homogeneization. 
3. Add phase B in phase A under medium agitation and heat to 70°C.
4. Heat phase C to 70°C and add it in the main beaker. Homogenize and cool down to 40°C
5. At 40°C, add phase D and mix until a homogeneous shampoo is obtained.

Ingredients
Jolee 7750 is a light silicone-like emollient that gives a velvet effect to hair.
Jolee 7931 is a water-loving emollient and used as co-surfactant for cleansing.
Radiamuls SL 2990C is an Oil-in-Water emulsifier.
Radia 7268 is an opacifying agent, a hair-conditioning agent, and has also viscosity increasing properties.
Radiasurf 7908 is an emollient and thickener.
