Manufacturing procedure

1. Weigh all the ingredients of phase A in the main beaker. Heat at 80°C and homogenize for 5 min.
2. Weigh the ingredient of phase B, add slowly to phase A and let the mix at 80°C.
3. Weigh all ingredients of phase C in another beaker, heat up to 80°C. Homogenize the mixture.
4. Add phase C slowly to phase A+B under stirring – until a homogenous mixture is obtained.
5. Add phase D under stirring when the mix is at 70°C. Pour mixture in the mold, let it cool down and put it in the freezer 1h to make the bars.

Ingredients
Jolee 7750 is a light silicone-like emollient that gives a velvet effect to the hair produced by enzymatic esterification.
Radia 7744 is an emollient that gives consistency to the formulation.
Radia 7747 is an emollient that gives consistency to the formulation.
Glycerine 4811 is a good humectant.
Jolee 7931 is a cold process Oil-in-Water co-emulsifier.
