Manufacturing procedure
1. Weigh water in the main beaker and heat at 80°C. Disperse powder in Glycerin and Aloe vera – put in the hot water and heat the mix at 80°C.
2. Weigh all the ingredients of phase C one by one in the beaker and heat at 80°C and homogenize. Add phase C to phase A+B slowly under stirring (800RPM) – until to have a emulsion and rest at 800 RPM 1 min then used ultraturax at 10 000 RPM to 1 min. Put under stirring (500 RPM) until room temperature emulsion.
3. Add one by one all ingredients of phase D in the main beaker. Add phase E and add phase F. Adjust pH with citric acid.

silicone alternative.
Jolee 7931 is a water-loving emollient and used as cosurfactant for cleansing.
Radiasurf 7908 is an emollient and thickener.
