Manufacturing procedure
1. Weigh water and glycerin in the main beaker.
2. Sprinkle Carbopol Ultrez 10 under medium stirring and heat at 80°C.
3. Weigh all the ingredients of phase B and heat at 80°C until a clear solution is obtained and add phase B to A under high stirring with Ultra Turrax during 1 minute.
4. Let the mixture cool down to room temperature and add phase C below 40°C. Adjust pH to 7.
