Manufacturing procedure
1. Mix (400 rpm) all ingredients of phase A one by one gently and heat up to 60°C until the solution is homogenized.
2. Let the mixture cool down and add the ingredients of phase B below 40°C

Solid, waterless formulation.
Make-up remover, rinse off product.
Assessment
Efficient cleanser with nice skin feeling. Melts very nice on the skin.
Ingredients
Radia 7220 is a very light emollient with silicone-like skin feeling.
Radia 7104 is a non-occlusive emollient and compatible with a wide range of cosmetic ingredients.
Lucee Oil Sunflower RBDW KH is a super emollient oil with excellent moisturizing and conditioning properties; particularly recommended for skin and hair.
Radiasurf 7903 is an excellent W/O emulsifier.
