Manufacturing procedure

1. Weigh Jolee 7931 and add all other oils of phase A one by one under slow stirring (300 rpm).
2. Once the solution is clear, add CAPB slowly.
3. Stop stirring once mixture is transparent.

Jolee 7750 gives a velvet effect to the skin.
Jolee 7931 acts as a PEG-free surfactant.
