Manufacturing procedure

1. Weigh allantoin, glycerin and water and heat to 70°C.
2. During mixing and heating, sparkle the carbomer at high stirring.
3. Weigh all phase B ingredients and heat to 70°C.
4. Once both phases are at 70°C, blend phase B into phase A and let cool down the mix by continuing stirring.
5. When the emulsion is at 40°C, adjust the pH with 20% NaOH solution until pH = 5. Directly after, sprinkle Aristoflex AVC and increase the stirring speed.
6. When the emulsion is at room temperature, adjust the pH to 5,5-6 by adding NaOH 20% solution.
7. Add the remaining ingredients of phase D.

Ingredients
Jolee 7202 is a silicone-like emollient that gives the skin a powdery afterfeel.
Radia 7199 ACT is a dry emollient obtained via enzymatic esterification.
Radia 7490 gives a stable and elegant emulsion with great skin feel.
Radia 7744 is an emollient that gives consistency to the formulation.
