Manufacturing procedure
1. Weigh water and glycerin in the main beaker.
2. Sprinkle the Vivastar CS instant powder under medium stirring and heat at 80°C.
3. Weigh all ingredients of phase B and heat at 80°C until a homogeneous solution is obtained and add phase B to A under high stirring with Ultra Turrax.
4. Let the mixture cool down to room temperature and add phase C below 40°C. Adjust pH between 5-6.

Radia 7490 gives a stable and elegant emulsion with great skin feel.
Radiasurf 7902 is an excellent W/O emulsifier.
Radia 7104 is a non-occlusive emollient and compatible with a wide range of cosmetic ingredients.
Jolee 7750 is a silicone-like emollient and gives a silky effect to the skin.
Jolee 7931 is a water-loving emollient and used as co-surfactant for cleansing.
Radiasurf 7908 is an emollient and thickener.
