Manufacturing procedure

1. Add Xanthan gum to water. Heat up to 80°C and homogenize for 10 minutes. Add the remaining ingredients of phase B and mix well.
2. Mix the ingredients of phase A in another beaker.
3. Heat phases A and B to 80°C. Add phase A to phase B while stirring intensively.
4. Homogenize for 15 minutes and allow to cool down while stirring gently.
5. Add phase C below 40°C while stirring gently.

Assessment
Rich body butter for dry skin. Good moisturizer with soft after feel.

Radiamuls POLY 2248K is an Oil-in-Water emulsifier.
Radiasurf 7143 is an Oil-in-Water emulsifier.
Radia 7744 gives consistency to the formulation.
Radia 7104 is a non-occlusive emollient and compatible
with a wide range of cosmetic ingredients.
