Manufacturing procedure

1. Weigh water in the main vessel, add Glycerin and Cellulose.
2. Sprinkle Xanthan Gum under high stirring. Heat until 80°C.
3. Weigh all the ingredients of phase B one by one in the other beaker, mix and heat until 80°C until a clear solution is obtained.
4. Add phase B to A slowly under high stirring with Ultra Turrax.
5. Add ingredients of phase C one by one, below 40°C and adjust pH to 5-6

Ingredients
Jolee 7202 is a silicone-like emollient and gives a powdery afterfeel to the skin.
Radia 7490 gives a stable and elegant emulsion with great skin feel.
Jolee 7181 is a protective emollient with film forming properties.
