Manufacturing procedure

1. Weigh the water Phase A and heat it to 80°C. Add in the Allantoin and Cooling Agent – WS 23 and mix with the IKA Eurostar 20 (400 to 500 rpm). Premix the Permulen TR2* and Glycerin* and add into the mixture once Allantoin and Cooling Agent – WS 23 dissolved. Add in rest of the ingredients in Phase A and let mix for at least 5 minutes, until the gel solution is homogenous and doesn't contain agglomerates. Check the pH and adjust to 6 if necessary.
2. Premix the ingredients of phase B and heat it to 80°C until the mixture is homogenous.
3. Cool down both phase A and B to 60°C. Slowly add phase A (drop by drop) to the B with stirring at 600rpm.
4. Sieve the Cambrian Blue Clay, Kaolin Powder and Ultramarine Blue KT40001. Premix ingredients in phase C and keep aside.
5. Once emulsion is formed, add the premix ingredients of C and stir increasingly to 800rpm until the mixture is homogenous.
6. Once mixture is homogenous, pour into desired container. Keep in freezer at 5°C for 30-45 minutes and let the stick harden.

Radia 7744 an emollient that gives consistency to the formulation.
Radia 7220 is a dry and soft oil with moisturizing properties and its dispersing power, making it easier to apply products evenly to the skin.
Radiasurf 7318 is an emollient, emulsifying and surface-active properties.
Jolee 7931 is a water-loving emollient and used as co-surfactant.
