Manufacturing procedure

1. Disperse Xanthan and Acacia gum in the glycerine and add to remaining ingredients of phase B under medium agitation.
2. Weigh all ingredients of phase A and mix.
3. Add phase A to phase B under high stirring with Ultra Turrax during 1 minute. 
4. Add ingredients of phase C one by one until complete dispersion.

Non-sticky and cooling white emulsion.

Ingredients
Jolee 7750 is a light emollient with silicone-like skin feel.
Jolee 7931 is a cold process, oil-in-water emulsifier.
Glycerine 4811 is a good humectant.
Jolee 7202 is a silicone-like emollient and gives a powdery afterfeel to the skin.
