Manufacturing procedure
1. Weigh water in the main beaker. Mix glycerin and gelling agent until a homogeneous paste is obtained. Add this paste to water under slow stirring (400 rpm). Heat at 80°C.
2. Weigh all the ingredients of phase B one by one and heat at 80°C until a clear solution is obtained. Add phase B slowly to phase A under medium stirring (800 rpm) and stir during 1 minute with Ultra Turrax (9000 rpm).
3. Mix Jolee 7710 and the UV-filters. Heat at 80°C to obtain a clear solution. Add phase C to the previous emulsion under medium stirring (800 rpm).
4. Let the mixture cool down to room temperature. Add preservative and perfume below 40°C. Adjust pH to 5.5-6.5.
