Manufacturing procedure
1. Weigh the ingredients of phase A and disperse Vivastar CS instant powder in glycerin. Heat it until 80°C.
2. Weigh the ingredients of phase B and heat it until 80°C.
3. At 80°C, add phase B in phase A to make the blend under medium stirring (10000rpm) withTurrax during 1 min.
4. Let cool down until 60°C before to add phase C.
5. Pour the mixture into appropriate mold and let cool to form a solid form at room temperature.

Assessment
The emulsion make it itself very well with 70% of water, nourishing and viscous cream, nice feel.
Ingredients
Radiasurf 7908 is an emollient and thickener.
Radia 7104 is a non-occlusive emollient and compatible with a wide range of cosmetic ingredients.
Radia 7744 an emollient that gives consistency to the formulation.
Radiasurf 7902 is an excellent W/O emulsifier.
Radia 7490 is an excellent Oil-in-Water emulsifier.
Jolee 7931 is a water-loving emollient and used as co-surfactant for cleansing.
