Manufacturing procedure

1. Weigh water in the main beaker. Mix Glycerin and gelling agent until a homogenous paste is obtained. Add the paste to water and heat up to 80°C. 
2. Weigh all the ingredients of phase B one by one, mix and heat until 80°C until a clear solution is obtained.
3. Add phase B to A slowly under medium stirring (800 rpm) and stir during 1 minute with Ultra Turrax (9000 rpm).
4. Let the mixture cool down. Add ingredients of phase C below 30°C and adjust pH to 5.5.

Ingredients
Radiamuls CITREM 2932K in combination with the emulsifier Radiasurf 7145 ensures stable O/W 
emulsions.
Jolee 7750 gives a velvety effect to the skin.
Radia 7207 helps to improve the sensory feel of the formulation.
