Manufacturing procedure
1. In the beaker premix the ingredients of phase A. Adjust the pH of the water phase to 5 -5.5.
2. Premix the ingredients of phase B.
3. Slowly add phase A (drop by drop) to the B with stirring at 500rpm.
4. After the water phase is completely incorporated into the oil phase, add the remaining ingredients of Phase C and homogenize the emulsion for 1-4 minutes with Ultra Thurax at 5000 rpm.
5. By end of homogenizing process, add the remaining ingredients of D.

Jolee 7202 is a silicone-like emollient and gives a powdery afterfeel to the skin.
Radia 7220 is a very light emollient with silicone-like skin feeling.
