Manufacturing procedure

1. Weigh water and glycerin of phase A and disperse. Heat it until 80°C.
2. Weigh the ingredients of phase B and heat it until 80°C.
3. At 80°C, add phase A in phase B to make the emulsion under high stirring with Turrax during 1 min.
4. Let cool down until 40°C before to add phase C. Adjust pH to 5-6.

Jolee 7887 is a cold process Water-in-Oil emulsifier and a good skin protector which provides long lasting moisturization.
Jolee 7202 is a silicone-like emollient and gives a powdery afterfeel to the skin.
Radia 7799 functions as oil thickening and rheological modifier.
