Manufacturing procedure
1. Weigh water, Dipropylene Glycol and Glycerin of phase A in the main beaker, mix with medium stirring. Sprinkle Carbopol Ultrez 10 under high stirring and heat to 80°C until homogeneous.
2. Weigh all the ingredients of phase B in the other beaker and heat it to 80°C.
3. At 80°C, add phase B into phase A under high stirring with Ultra Turrax.
4. At 40°C, weigh one by one the ingredients of phase C under medium stirring.

White and jellied cream.

Radia 7490 gives a stable and elegant emulsion with great skin feel.
Radia 7207 is a light emollient with good spreading and soft skin feel.
Radia 7730 is a soft and dry emollient.
