Manufacturing procedure

1. Add ingredients of phase A one by one while homogenizing and heat to 75-80°C.
2. Add ingredients of phase B one by one into another beaker while stirring and heating at 75-80°C.
3. Once the Phase B is homogenous, slowly add the phase B to the phase A. Let it mix for 5 min at 500 rpm. Homogenize with Ultra Turax for 1 min at 8800 rpm.

Radia 7220: Very light emollient with silicone-like skin feeling.
Jolee 7202: Silicone-like emollient and gives a powdery afterfeel to the skin.
Jolee 7777: Liquid PEG-free emulsifier package to formulate multiple emulsions.
Radia 7710: Light emollient that improves glide.
