Manufacturing procedure

1. Mix the ingredients of phase A and heat the mixture to 80°C while mixing.
2. Mix the ingredients of phase B and heat the mixture to 80°C while mixing.
3. Add phase B to phase A while mixing.
4. Add one by one ingredients of phase C below 40°C while stirring gently. Adjust pH with NaOH or Citric acid up to pH 5-6. Add scrub particles and adjust pH to pH 5 - 6

Properties
Gel with scrub in suspension. Brown, sweet odor.
pH 5 - 6
Viscosity (s06, 10 rpm, 1 min): 50000 – 55000 cP

Assessment
Soft scrub gel, good spreading and soft after feel.

Ingredients
Glycerine 4810 is a good humectant.
Radiasurf 7908 is an emollient and thickener.
