Manufacturing procedure
1. Weigh water and glycerin in the main beaker.
2. Sprinkle the Vivastar CS instant powder under medium stirring and heat at 80°C.
3. Weigh all ingredients of phase B and heat at 80°C until a homogeneous solution is obtained and add phase B to A under high stirring with Ultra Turrax.
4. Let the mixture cool down to room temperature and add phase C below 40°C. Adjust pH between 4.5-5.5.

Ingredients
Glycerine 4810 is a good humectant.
Radia 7490 gives a stable and elegant emulsion with great skin feel.
Radisurf 790é is an excellent W/O emulsifier.
Jolee 7750 is a light silicone-like emollient that gives a silky effect to the skin.
Radia 7744 is an emollient that gives consistency to the formulation.
