Manufacturing procedure
1. Weigh water and glycerin in the main beaker. Sprinkle carbomer under medium stirring. Heat until 80°C.
2. Weigh phase B in another beaker. Heat until 80°C.
3. Add phase B into phase A under high agitation with turrax for 1 minute.
4. Let’s do cool down until 40°C. Neutralize with NaoH. 5. Add phase C, and adjust pH between 5-6.

Assessment
The skin feels very soft, smooth and nourished. Rinses very well.
Ingredients
Glycerine 4811 is a good humectant.
Radia 7490 is an excellent Oil-in-Water emulsifier.
Radiastar 1436 is an excellent nourishing emollient.
