Olive Leaf Cream

Manufacturing procedure

1. Blend ingredients in A and B in a separate beakers. adjust pH of Phase A to 5 if necessary. Heat both Phase to 75ºC. 
2. At 75ºC, gradual addition the ingredients of Phase A slowly into beaker of ingredients in Phase B with spindle stirrer at 600rpm. Once completely mixed, homogenize with Ultra turrax 
at 2000rpm for 3-5 minutes. 
3. When temperature is reached to 40°C, add premix of Phase C folowed by Phase D, homogenize with Ultra turrax at 2000rpm for another 3-5 minutes.

Assessment
The skin feels soft and nourished. 

Ingredients
Jolee 7887 has excellent emulsifying properties. 
Jolee 7202 is a silicone-like emollient and gives a powdery afterfeel to the skin. 
Radia 7220 is a very light emollient with silicone-like skin feeling. 
Radiasurf 7145 is an excellent non-ionic emulsifier for W/O emulsions and great co-emulsifier for O/W emulsions.
Radiastar 1436 is a nourishing emollient with excellent pigment dispersion 
and film-forming properties.
