Manufacturing procedure
1. Mix the ingredients of phase A.
2. Add phase B to phase A and mix at high stirring with Ultra Turrax.
3. Add water to the main beaker by mixing with the overhead stirrer.
4. Cool the formulation to 40°C under mixing and add phase D.

Assessment
Heavy white cream.
Ingredients
Jolee 7181 is a protective emollient with filmforming properties.
Jolee 7887 is an excellent Water-in-Oil emulsifier.
