Protective Face Foam

Manufacturing procedure

1. Weigh water in the main beaker. Mix Glycerin and gelling agent until a homogenous paste is obtained. Add the paste to water and heat up to 80°C. 
2. Weigh all the ingredients of phase B one by one, mix and heat until 80°C until a clear solution is obtained.
3. Add phase B to A slowly under high stirring (10000 rpm) during 1 minute with Ultra Turrax.
4. Let the mixture cool down. Add ingredients of phase C below 40°C and adjust pH to 5-6.

Ingredients
Radia 7490 is an excellent O/W emulsifier. It helps to form a foam texture.
Radia 7739 is a light film-forming emollient. 
Jolee 7202 is a silicone-like emollient and gives a velvet effect to the skin
