Silicone-Like Day Cream

Manufacturing procedure

1. Mix Glycerin and Xanthan gum until a homogenous paste. Heat water up to 80°C and add the paste.
2. Mix the ingredients of phase B and heat the mixture to 80°C while mixing.
3. Add phase B to phase A while mixing (1000 rpm). Stir 1 minute with Ultra Turrax at 9000 rpm. Let it cool down to room temperature.
4. Add Jolee 7750 and the ingredients of phase C while stirring gently.
5. Adjust pH with NaOH or Citric acid up to pH 5-6.

White cream, easy spread, quick penetration, powdery and light after feel.

Ingredients
Radia 4810 is a good humectant.
Radia 7104 is a commonly used emollient.
Jolee 7750 is a silicone-like emollient with nice velvety skin feeling.
